Returns and Exchanges

Our Guarantee

OTB Marine makes every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with something you purchased, let us know and we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement item, credit or refund.

Returns

A receipt is required as proof of purchase for return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, credit or refund, if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.

Returns by Mail
Items must include undamaged original packaging and have labels attached and intact.
Return delivery costs are your responsibility.
Returns maybe subject to a $20.00 restocking fee if the original order was sent post free.
Any original postage paid by you is not refundable.
SPECIAL ORDERS are firm sale. Refunds only under warranty.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box or satchel and mail to:

Please send the items back to us in an appropriate size box/package. We recommend using registered mail as items sent via other methods are at risk of being lost. OTB Marine is not responsible for lost shipments. Please allow 10 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
